⚠️ This deposit locks in your spot as spots will sell out quickly. The balance is due on or before Jan 15, 2026 and a payment link will be sent to your email that you provide upon checkout. The deposit is refundable for 7 days or 60 days before the event, whichever comes first. We pay for these venues in advance and we get zero refund if you don't show up. Final payment is non-refundable as we cannot recoupe any refund on our end. If, for any reason, you cannot make it, you are allowed to transfer your spot to someone else but you are responsible for handling that transfer.

✔ 8+ years old
OR
✔ At least 4'9" tall
✔ Must safely use a seatbelt with no booster

⚠️ All passengers must sign the Arctikhana liability waiver.

✅ REQUIRED VEHICLE & GEAR FOR ARCTIKHANA

Vehicle Requirements

- Mechanically sound Ford Raptor

- No fluid leaks

- Minimum 12-oz coolant overflow/expansion tank

- Factory hard top, factory rollover protection

- Functional headlights & tail lights

- Fully operable four-wheel brakes

- Studded tires or quality snow tires highly recommended but A/T's will work

- Tires must be in good condition with proper tread

Required Gear For Our Raptor Runs

- 50-W VHF race radio

- Rear-facing amber lights

- Forward off-road lighting (amber and white recommended)

- Kinetic recovery rope

- Proper spare tire (correct PSI)

- Secured bed gear

✅ IMPORTANT ARCTIKHANA SAFETY RULES

- Seatbelts required at all times

- DOT helmets required for:

        - Vehicles exceeding 35 mph

        - Vehicles with studded “cheater” tires

- Vehicles must maintain 10–15 feet spacing on the ice

- 5 mph speed limit in parking & staging areas

- Passing is strictly prohibited

- Drivers must:

           - Slow near track workers

           - Come to a complete stop in the designated stop box

- Vehicles may not stop or turn around before finishing a lap

✅ VENUE RULES – GEORGETOWN LAKE

- Driving only within designated lake areas

- No shoreline or bank driving

- Use designated parking only

- Do not block access roads

- Dogs must be leashed

- No alcohol or marijuana

- All trash & belongings must be removed before leaving
