1. Eligibility

This giveaway is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry. Employees of Overkill Battalion, its affiliates/subsidiaries, advertisers, promotion agencies, and their immediate family members or those living in the same household are not eligible. 

2. Sponsor

The giveaway is sponsored by Overkill Battalion (“Sponsor”). 

3. Agreement to Official Rules

By entering, entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects. 

4. Giveaway Period

Begins August 29, 2025 at 12:00 AM PST and ends September 12, 2025 at 11:59 PM PST (“Giveaway Period”). 

5. How to Enter

Two methods:

• Automatic Entry with Purchase: For every $1 spent on eligible merchandise, you get entries (as displayed on the site during the Period). 
• Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE) / No Purchase Necessary: Fill out a free entry form (name, email, etc.). Each AMOE submission receives 500 entries. 

6. Prize Details

Four (4) winners will be selected. Prizes include:

7. Winner Selection & Notification

Winners will be selected via random drawing on or about September 12, 2025. Odds depend on the number of eligible entries. Winners will be notified via email within 5 business days. They must respond within 7 days or alternate winners may be selected. 

8. Taxes & Other Costs

Winners are responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes and any other costs associated with accepting or using the prize. 

9. Publicity

By entering, winners agree to allow the Sponsor to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation (to the extent permitted by law).

10. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if fraud, technical issues, or other factors compromise its integrity. 

11. Release

By participating, entrants release the Sponsor, their affiliates, and agents from any liability arising from the giveaway or use of any prize.
