All of our products are custom-made to order and tied directly to our sweepstakes giveaway. Each purchase not only secures your custom merchandise but also earns you entries into the giveaway. Due to the nature of this process, we are unable to offer refunds on any orders. By completing a purchase, you agree to these terms.


Exchange Policy

We understand that sometimes issues arise, and we are happy to offer exchanges in the following cases:

  1. Incorrect Fit: If the product does not fit as expected, you can request an exchange for a different size.
  2. Damaged Items: If the product arrives damaged or defective, we will gladly exchange it for a replacement.

How to Request an Exchange:

  1. Email us at support@overkillbattalion.com within 15 days of receiving your product.
  2. Provide the following information:
    • Your original order number.
    • A clear photo of the item showing the issue (e.g., damage, incorrect size).

  • Exchanges must be initiated within 15 days of delivery.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, and with tags (if applicable).
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the exchange is due to a damaged or defective item.
