Generally, every dollar you spend on our website earns you one entry into the sweepstakes. For instance, a $65 purchase equals 65 entries. These entries are automatically submitted and tracked through our site and by the sweepstakes administrator. Be sure to watch for special entry multipliers during the giveaway! At certain times, we offer promotions where you can earn more entries than usual. For example, during a 100x multiplier event, every dollar spent earns 100 entries, so a $65 purchase would give you 6500 entries. You can also become a VIP Member and be entered automatically on every giveaway. There are also No Purchase Necessary methods available in the Official Rules page.

When you check out, your entries will be displayed. Your entries are based on whole dollars not including shipping or tax. If you can't remember how many entries you have, reach out via the My Entries menu tab at the top of the page or send us an email to confirm your current entries

The giveaway ends on March 5, 2026.

After the giveaway entry period closes, all entries are submitted to our sweepstakes administrator, who conducts a random drawing using a computerized system.

The winner will be contacted directly on or around March 11, 2026.

Trey “Mr. Overkill” Pappas will be the one calling you at the phone number you provided to us during checkout. Typically, we announce, on our social media platforms, when we’ll be calling leading up to the announcement. Take note that we’ll never ask you to provide any payment info as a condition of winning a prize.

After the winner is contacted, you will be able to choose the package or $100,000. After you fill out the proper legal paperwork, which we will provide, you can make your decision.

Shared Sweeps is a shared giveaway platform that partners with brands like us to enable their customers to earn entries to the giveaway — just for purchasing on their site.

No, that is not legit! We never use social media to reach out to the winners of the giveaways. If you think you have been contacted by an imposter please reach out to our investigations team at contact@overkillbattalion.com so we can investigate and flag their account. We will also never ask for any money to release the prize.

Each product is custom-made once you place your order. Orders typically ship between 1 and 5 days after ordered is placed. When you place an order, your entries for the giveaway are immediately and automatically submitted to our sweepstakes administrator. If you feel your order is taking longer than it should or your tracking hasn’t updated, don’t hesitate to reach out via email to check on the status at sales@overkillbattalion.com. Our customer support team can provide you with an update and assist you.

If you need to update sizes, colors, or other details you need to do it within 24 hours of placing the order. In this case, please email our customer service team at sales@overkillbattalion.com. If it's after the 24 hour cutoff, you’ll need to follow our exchange process. Please keep in mind that during the giveaways, we must follow specific rules regarding returns and refunds, as the purchase amount is tied to your giveaway entries. For this reason, we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds directly. For more details, refer to our Returns/Exchanges Policy. Keep in mind that we can only make exchanges or additions to your order; cancellations are not possible because each purchase is tied to your sweepstakes entries. Be sure to include your name and order number in your email for faster assistance.

Yes. Vehicle sales taxes apply and differ from state to state as well as state income tax and federal income tax. You are responsible for paying these taxes.
