Loyalty & Rewards Program Terms

The Battalion Supply Drop is part of the Overkill Battalion Loyalty & Rewards Program and is intended as a customer appreciation initiative for members of the Overkill Battalion community.

From time to time, Overkill Battalion may select eligible VIP members to receive surprise gifts, merchandise, upgraded products, event-related items, or other rewards as a thank-you for supporting the brand and participating in the Overkill Battalion community.

ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible for Battalion Supply Drop rewards, individuals must:

• Be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Be a legal resident of the United States.
• Be subscribed to Overkill Battalion Email and SMS communications.
• Comply with all applicable terms and conditions of Overkill Battalion.

Employees, contractors, affiliates, and immediate family members of Overkill Battalion may be excluded from eligibility.

SELECTION OF RECIPIENTS

Battalion Supply Drop recipients may be selected at random or at the sole discretion of Overkill Battalion from eligible VIP members.

Selection dates, reward frequency, and reward values may vary.

Participation in the Overkill Battalion community does not guarantee receipt of any reward, gift, or recognition.

REWARDS

Rewards may include merchandise, equipment, event-related items, gift packages, promotional products, or other items selected by Overkill Battalion.

Rewards:

• Have no cash value.
• Are non-transferable.
• May not be redeemed for cash or credit.
• May be substituted by Overkill Battalion with an item of equal or greater value at its sole discretion.

Approximate retail values may vary by reward.

TAXES

Recipients are solely responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes associated with receiving a reward. Overkill Battalion reserves the right to issue tax documentation when required by law.

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY FOR MEMBERSHIP

The Battalion Supply Drop is intended as a customer appreciation and loyalty initiative. Participation in the Overkill Battalion community or receipt of promotional communications does not guarantee selection as a reward recipient.

PROGRAM MODIFICATIONS

Overkill Battalion reserves the right to modify, suspend, cancel, or terminate the Battalion Supply Drop Loyalty & Rewards Program, or any individual reward opportunity, at any time and for any reason without prior notice.

SEPARATE FROM SWEEPSTAKES PROMOTIONS

The Battalion Supply Drop Loyalty & Rewards Program is intended as a customer appreciation initiative and is separate from any sweepstakes, giveaway, contest, promotion, or other promotional campaign conducted by Overkill Battalion.
