Welcome to Rocky Mountain Raptor Runs, an Overkill Battalion adventure experience. Our goal is to provide an unforgettable opportunity to explore scenic roads, mountain trails, and the outdoors while building friendships within the Raptor community.

Because these events involve travel and off-road driving, participation carries inherent risks. Please read the following carefully.

1. Assumption of Risk

By participating in Rocky Mountain Raptor Runs, you understand and voluntarily accept that driving on public roads, mountain roads, dirt roads, gravel roads, forest service roads, and other off-highway routes involves risks that may include:

  • Vehicle damage
  • Mechanical failure
  • Tire damage
  • Weather-related hazards
  • Wildlife encounters
  • Falling rocks or debris
  • Road hazards
  • Personal injury
  • Serious injury or death

You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participating.

2. Driver Responsibility

All participants must conduct themselves with maturity, respect, and team mindset.

3. Vehicle Damage

Participants understand that off-road and mountain driving may result in:

  • Paint damage
  • Rock chips
  • Tire punctures
  • Suspension damage
  • Mechanical breakdowns
  • Cosmetic damage

Rocky Mountain Raptor Runs, Overkill Battalion, its owners, employees, volunteers, guides, sponsors, and affiliates are not responsible for any damage to participant vehicles or personal property.

4. Personal Responsibility

Participants agree to:

  • Follow guide instructions.
  • Drive responsibly.
  • Respect private property.
  • Leave no trace.
  • Treat fellow participants with respect.
  • Avoid reckless or unsafe behavior.

Rocky Mountain Raptor Runs reserves the right to remove any participant whose behavior creates an unsafe environment.

5. Medical Responsibility

Each participant confirms that they are physically able to participate.

Participants are responsible for:

  • Personal medications
  • Medical expenses
  • Emergency transportation
  • Health insurance

Each participant is responsible for their vehicle’s condition, repairs, towing costs, and safety.

6. Release of Liability

By participating, you release and hold harmless:

  • Rocky Mountain Raptor Runs
  • Overkill Battalion
  • Speed Specialists LLC
  • Event organizers
  • Employees
  • Volunteers
  • Guides
  • Sponsors
  • Partners

from any claims arising from participation, including property damage, injury, illness, or death, except where prohibited by applicable law.

7. Photography & Video

By attending the event, you grant Rocky Mountain Raptor Runs and Overkill Battalion permission to photograph and record you, your vehicle, and your guests.

These photos and videos may be used for:

  • Social media
  • Marketing
  • Advertising
  • Future event promotion
  • Website content

without additional compensation.

8. Event Changes

Rocky Mountain Raptor Runs may modify:

  • Routes
  • Stops
  • Timing
  • Activities
  • Event schedule

due to weather, road closures, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Participant safety will always take priority.

9. Cancellation Policy

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Registration fees are non-refundable.
  • If Rocky Mountain Raptor Runs cancels an event, participants may receive a credit, transfer, or refund at our discretion.

10. Acknowledgment

By purchasing a Rocky Mountain Raptor Runs event registration and checking the required acknowledgment box on the product page, you confirm that:

  • You have read this Waiver & Release of Liability.
  • You understand the risks involved.
  • You voluntarily agree to participate.
  • You accept full responsibility for yourself, your passengers, and your vehicle.
  • You agree to comply with all event rules and guide instructions.
