1. Eligibility

This Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Overkill Battalion (“Sponsor”), its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, and promotion agencies, and immediate family members or those living in the same household are not eligible to participate. This Giveaway is void where prohibited by law.

2. Sponsor

The Giveaway is sponsored by Overkill Battalion (“Sponsor”).

3. Agreement to Official Rules

Participation in the Giveaway constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding.

4. Giveaway Period

The Giveaway begins on August 29, 2025 at 12:00 AM PST and ends on September 12, 2025 at 11:59 PM PST (“Giveaway Period”).

5. How to Enter

There are two ways to enter:

A. Automatic Entry with Purchase:

For every $1 spent on eligible merchandise at Overkill Battalion’s website during the Giveaway Period, you will receive a set number of entries as displayed on the website at the time of purchase.

B. Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE) – No Purchase Necessary:

To enter without making a purchase, visit Free Entry Form and complete the required fields in the form, including your full name, email address, and confirmation of compliance with these Official Rules. Each eligible AMOE submission will receive 500 entries into the Giveaway. Limit one (1) AMOE entry per person.

6. Prize Details

Four (4) winners will be selected:

7. Winner Selection and Notification

Winners will be selected in a random drawing on or about September 12, 2025 from all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries. Winners will be notified via email within five (5) business days following the drawing. Winners must respond within seven (7) days or an alternate winner may be selected.

8. Taxes and Other Expenses

All federal, state, and local taxes and all other expenses associated with the receipt or use of the prizes are the sole responsibility of the winners.

9. Publicity

By entering, you grant Sponsor permission to use your name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation where permitted by law.

10. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Giveaway if any fraud, technical failures, or other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Giveaway.

11. Release

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Giveaway or receipt or use of any prize.
